Life is a Ceremony 🌞🌈 Gather with Family, Friends or even total strangers to share basic yet sometimes easily forgotten principles of Love, Gratitude, Compassion and Wisdom. Be totally present, always speak from your heart and give that person next to you an “extra” hug he/she totally deserves 🤗❤️ In this clip I’m preparing to lead a morning group meditation at @tenmuseumparkmiami next to @pamm I like to use Native American Flutes, Ukulele, Tibetan Bowls and experiment with other instruments in my practice.
