The Golden Thread of Creative Energy

What has become clear to me?
What opened up in this morning’s meditation?

The creative power — the golden strand of light flowing through me, from the Earth to the Universe.

This energy has always been, and always will be, around us.
There’s no need to search for it or try to force its coming. It’s already here, in this very moment.

We can train our minds and bodies to be more receptive — to stay open to the unknown, and to feel awe in the small, simple things around us.

When we are calm, peaceful, and gently happy, we begin to see this energy.
We feel it. And we create something beautiful from it.

The energy around us is the energy within.
Creative potential lives inside — shaped by the outside world, yes — but sourced from the stillness we allow ourselves to enter.

So just be open. Be kind.
Look around.

You’ll find beauty in small things.
