Shipping from the USA
Please allow 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. Understand that sometimes it might take longer due to the load on our shipping team. All orders are shipped from the USA.
Shipping options available:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) - FREE for orders over $150; otherwise $9 flat rate
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) - will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if available for that product)
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days & faster processing) - will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if available for that product)
- International and Non-contiguous States - will be calculated and displayed at checkout (import taxes not included)
During the holiday season and for complex orders including multiple, bulky or fragile items, processing may take up to 5-7 business days due to the need for additional time to check and safely prepare the items with extra care.
After placing your order you will receive your order confirmation email and another notification with the tracking number when your order has shipped.
30-Day Returns
Our policy allows for returns within a generous 30-day window on most items. We are more than happy to assist with an exchange, store credit or refund.
For a successful return, we ask that your items be returned in their original condition and packaging, in a new condition as when they first arrived, with all tags and packaging material still attached.
And don't worry, if your item arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right. Please reach out to us and we'll take care of it promptly.
